Welcome to Totally Trendy! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms: 1. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated without prior notice. Orders must be paid for using the available payment options provided at checkout. 2. Delivery We deliver countrywide within Kenya. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and will be communicated or confirmed where necessary. Pay-on-delivery is available only in selected Nairobi locations. Other locations may require payment or a deposit before dispatch. 3. Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours. Our delivery operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–4 PM. We do not make deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed outside operating hours may be processed on the next business day. 4. Returns & Exchanges If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can assist. Returns or exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any applicable consumer rights under Kenyan law remain unaffected. 5. Product Information We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and prices. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Product availability is subject to stock levels. 6. Order Changes & Cancellations Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can only be accommodated before an order has been dispatched.
